Shipping methods and delivery times

• Standard Delivery: US$9.99 per order; estimated delivery in 10–18 days.
• Expedited Shipping: US$79.99 per order; estimated delivery in 7–12 days.
• Free shipping: available on eligible orders of US$90.00 or more. The free shipping option is shown at checkout when the order qualifies.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur during transport or customs clearance. If your order has not arrived within the estimated period for your selected shipping method, please contact us so we can investigate.

Destinations and delivery charges

Available destinations and shipping options are displayed at checkout before you pay. Rates and the free shipping threshold are set in US dollars. If you shop in another supported currency, the applicable converted amounts are shown at checkout. Please review your delivery address, selected shipping method and order total carefully before placing your order.

Order and delivery support

For an address correction, delivery update, missing parcel or damaged delivery, email LuxeVenn@hotmail.com with your order number and the details of your request. Contact us as soon as you notice an address error; changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.

If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges at any time. We do not provide return shipping labels. Please read our Return and Refund Policy and contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.
